Progressive Leasing — Designing confidence into lease-to-own shopping

Progressive Leasing is one of the largest lease-to-own providers in the United States, helping millions of customers access essential products through flexible purchasing options. I worked within the Product Org to design and improve digital experiences that guide customers from approval to purchase across web and mobile platforms.

As a Product Designer, I focused on reducing friction in high-stakes financial decisions while helping users clearly understand how leasing works. My work centered on improving the shopping and checkout journey, translating complex lease terms into understandable interfaces, and designing guided purchase flows that increase confidence and conversion.

I collaborated closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to test and iterate on new experiences through prototype experimentation and user research.
