Fidari — Design the supportive care hub for oncology patients
Founded in 2024, Fidari is building the digital infrastructure layer for oncology care coordination — connecting navigators, physicians, and patients through a modular, AI-native platform. As the sole Product Designer, I owned the end-to-end design of the patient-facing experience from the ground up. My role spanned the full product surface: defining what the app should and shouldn't be (a supportive care coordination hub, not a medical data aggregator), architecting the information hierarchy around the patient's care journey, designing the onboarding and consent flows, and building a marketplace experience — the Health Hub — that connected patients to vetted supportive care resources across mental health, nutrition, transportation, and financial assistance. Every design decision was made in direct collaboration with clinical advisors and the engineering lead, with pilot readiness for Moffitt Cancer Center and UNC Health as the forcing function.
